Did you contact Compaq? What graphics chip is it using?

Four possibilities
1. go to Microsoft Update. They may have a Vista Driver for you.
2. Go to the Compaq web site, see what they have.
3. Go to Device Manager and see who made your graphics chip. Then go to their web site.
4. There may not be a Vista Driver for your graphics chip.
My graphics chip cannot support Aero Glass, but Windows Update downloaded a driver for it.
But I'm guessing that most graphics chip makers are not going to write drivers for their chips that are not Aero Glass compatible.
